Quality Massage ranging from Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Stress Relief Massage, and Pain Relief Massage. Experienced in utilizing all pressures from light pressure, medium pressure, firm pressure, and deep tissue massage. Sessions are custom and can include work on Scoliosis, Piriformis Syndrome, Golfers Elbow, Tennis Elbow, Frozen Shoulder, TMJ, Plantar Fasciitis, Muscle Soreness, Headaches, Knots, and so forth. All Sessions are full 60 minutes and 90 minutes hands on. The owner is the sole practitioner and is known for her thorough detailed massage work on the hips (Lower Back, Glutes, IT Bands, Quads, Hamstrings, Adductors).
